Everything has been going well. The trackers from GPX are a game changer for our customers to be able to track their shipments through our website in real time. Now, I have our trackers set to just ping every two hours as our loads make their way across the country, but our customers still have access to that tracking data. Often times, this gives them peace of mind knowing where it is throughout the week, instead of the shipment tracking going “dark” while the load moves across the country before reaching our partner carrier.
