AssetTrack Voyager Mini: the smallest-profile shipment tracker. Small enough to drop in the box.

A rechargeable GPS shipment tracker that fits in the palm of your hand. The AssetTrack Voyager Mini measures 1.62 × 1.75 × 0.56 in and weighs 30.5 g — small enough to travel inside a mailer, a parts box or a tote without anyone designing around it, and reliable enough to follow the load across North America.

Reporting is yours to set: every 60 seconds while moving for a live trace, every 15 minutes as the default, or once a day for up to two weeks on a single charge. It is rechargeable, so the same device goes out again on the next shipment — or rides one-way when the lane does not come back.

How it works

You set the cadence. The battery follows from there.

Every shipment tracker trades battery life against how often it speaks. The Voyager Mini makes that trade explicit and puts it in your hands — pick the reporting mode that matches the lane, change it from the GPX platform whenever you like, and the device adjusts. It reports over 4G LTE Cat-M1 / NB2, the low-power standards built for tracking, which is how a 650 mAh cell stretches to a fortnight.

Standout features

Built for the shipments a full-size tracker will not fit. Which is more of them than you would think.

01

Genuinely pocket-sized

1.62 × 1.75 × 0.56 in and 30.5 g without the base. It fits in a padded mailer, a parts box or a tool case without changing how anything is packed.

02

Rechargeable and reusable

A 650 mAh lithium-polymer cell. Recover it at the far end, put it on charge, and send it out on the next load — or run it one-way when the lane never returns.

03

Reporting you control

Every 60 seconds moving, every 15 minutes as standard, or once a day. Change it remotely from the GPX platform, per shipment, without touching the device.

04

Low-battery alerts

The device tells you when it is running short, so a tracker never goes silent mid-lane and leave you guessing whether the load or the battery is the problem.

05

Nothing to install

A clip-on base is included and 3M double-sided tape is an option, but neither is required. Most customers simply place it in with the goods and close the box.

06

IP65 sealed

Dust-tight and protected against water jets from any direction — enough for rain, damp warehouses and the ordinary knocks of transit.

07

North American coverage

4G LTE Cat-M1 / NB2 across the United States, Canada and Mexico, with internal cellular and GNSS antennas — nothing to attach or extend.

08

Motion-aware

An onboard accelerometer means the device knows when the shipment is actually moving, so reports land where something happened instead of stacking up in a warehouse.

Is AssetTrack Voyager Mini the right device?

Pick the Mini when space is the constraint. When it is not, something else fits better.

The Voyager Mini exists for shipments where a normal tracker simply will not go — small parcels, tight totes, anything you would rather not repack around a device. If you have the room, or the tracker is never coming back, a sibling is the more economical answer. They all report into the same GPX platform.

Questions & answers

The smallest shipment tracker, answered.

How long does the battery last?

It depends entirely on how often you ask it to report. Reporting once a day, the AssetTrack Voyager Mini runs for up to two weeks on a charge. Step up to a report every 15 minutes and you get several days; run it continuously at a report every 60 seconds while moving and you are measuring the deployment in days rather than weeks. You can change the cadence from the GPX platform at any time, so the same device can be tuned per shipment.

How frequently does the device report?

By default it reports every 15 minutes while the shipment is moving. You can also set it to continuous tracking with a report as often as every 60 seconds, or drop it into a power-saving mode that reports once every 24 hours. Increasing the frequency shortens the run time between charges — that trade is the main thing to plan around.

How do I install the device on my asset?

There is no installation. Drop it into the box, mailer or tote before it ships. If you would rather fix it in place, it ships with a clip-on base, and extra-strong double-sided 3M tape is an option for a more permanent bond to a crate, case or container wall.

What network does the device use?

4G LTE Cat-M1 and Cat-NB1/NB2 over the AT&T network, with internal cellular and GNSS antennas — there is nothing to extend or attach. Those are the low-power LTE standards built for tracking devices, which is how a battery this small stretches to a fortnight.

Will this device work internationally?

It is designed for the United States, Canada and Mexico. If a lane runs beyond North America, talk to us before you ship — global coverage is handled case by case rather than assumed.

Is the battery replaceable?

No, and it does not need to be. The 650 mAh lithium-polymer cell is rechargeable, so the device comes back from a trip, goes on charge, and ships again. For one-way lanes where the tracker will not come back, use it as a single-use device or look at SmartLabel instead.

How small is it, really?

Without the base clip it measures 1.62 × 1.75 × 0.56 in (41.1 × 44.5 × 14.2 mm) and weighs 30.5 g — about the footprint of a book of matches and lighter than a golf ball. That is the whole point of the Mini: it fits in shipments that have no room for a full-size tracker.

Is it weatherproof?

It carries an IP65 rating, so it is sealed against dust and protected from low-pressure water jets from any direction. That covers rain, damp warehouses and the ordinary abuse of transit. For assets that sit fully exposed or get submerged, choose an IP67 device such as AssetTrack Voyager.

Small enough to ship. Smart enough to find.
